How can I pay?

All accounts are paid in full by credit card (Mastercard & Visa only), cash or EFTPOS by latest the completion of appointment. Exceptions to this are preapproved 3rd party payment providers.

Credit card details will be requested by our receptionist at the time of your appointment booking.

You will have the option to pay by cash or EFTPOS by informing the receptionist at the time of your appointment.  Otherwise all outstanding payments will be charged to your credit card following the appointment.

  • The deposit for an assessment is non-refundable once paid (where applicable if an assessment is booked)
  • The deposit for an assessment can be transferred towards another assessment date if notice is given 7 days before the assessment date.

Cancellation Fees

  • For cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee applies.

If you are unsure if you can attend an appointment, we recommend that you do not formally book in a session, but call up on the day and see if one is still available, in order to avoid cancellation fees.

Overdue Accounts

Our terms provide that collection and legal costs and interest will be added to overdue accounts. In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
