NOTE: All assessments will be individualised per patient during the initial consultation as well as informed by test results as testing proceeds. Below we have listed individual test costs so you can estimate your needs according to your concerns. If you would like a more precise estimate for your assessment, please request this from our staff following your initial consultation, or ask your clinician to write down a list of tests for you to take away during your initial consultation.

SCREENING: STANDARDISED PSYCHOLOGICAL QUESTIONNAIRES:

COSTS: $50 for parent only, $100 for both parent and teacher/observer forms

Ages 6-17: Conner’s Behaviour Rating System (parent), Conners 3 (teacher) & Comprehensive Executive Functioning Inventory

Core attention testing (Children): Conners’ Continuous Performance Test – 3, Test of Everyday Attention for Children, WRAML-2 Attention span subtests: $400

Executive Functioning: Behavioural Assessment of the Dysexecutive Syndrome in Children (Children) or Delis-Kaplan Executive Functioning Battery System (Adults) Selected subtests: $300

Phonological Testing: Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing (CTOPP-2): $300

Medicare rebates available for psychological therapy sessions($86.20) if referred under a mental health treatment plan.

During the initial consultation the clinician will determine with you the extent of testing needed. The prices below represent some samples of assessment batteries, however prices can vary if a more personalised assessment battery is needed. Prices for more specific types of processing tests are listed at the bottom.

Includes a Wechsler assessment as appropriate for age (WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV)

ADHD Assessment & Report (Child): $1850

Includes an IQ test, attention battery & executive battery

ADHD Assessment & Report (Adult): $1650

Academic Assessment (including IQ test) & Report: Up to $1650

Includes an IQ test (as above) and academic battery (may be cheaper if only 1-2 academic skills need testing)
