SCDC ASSESSMENT & THERAPY FEES
NOTE: All assessments will be individualised per patient during the initial consultation as well as informed by test results as testing proceeds. Below we have listed individual test costs so you can estimate your needs according to your concerns. If you would like a more precise estimate for your assessment, please request this from our staff following your initial consultation, or ask your clinician to write down a list of tests for you to take away during your initial consultation.

SCREENING: STANDARDISED PSYCHOLOGICAL QUESTIONNAIRES:
COSTS: $50 for parent only, $100 for both parent and teacher/observer forms

Ages 4-5: Conners Early Childhood & Early Childhood Inventory-IV
Ages 6-17: Conner’s Behaviour Rating System (parent), Conners 3 (teacher) & Comprehensive Executive Functioning Inventory
Ages 18+: Conners ADHD Assessment Scales & Behavioural Rating Inventory of Executive Functioning
NEUROCOGNITIVE TESTS
General Intellectual Functioning (IQ test: Wechsler tests): $500 (core subtests)
Academic Skills (Wechsler tests): $250 (screener: Reading Accuracy, Spelling, Numerical Operations) $500 (screener + extended)
Core attention testing (Children): Conners’ Continuous Performance Test – 3, Test of Everyday Attention for Children, WRAML-2 Attention span subtests: $400
Core attention testing (Adults): Conners’ Continuous Performance Test – 3 or IVA, WRAML-2 Attention span subtests: $200
Executive Functioning: Behavioural Assessment of the Dysexecutive Syndrome in Children (Children) or Delis-Kaplan Executive Functioning Battery System (Adults) Selected subtests: $300
Core Memory Testing: Wide Range Assessment of Memory and Learning – 2nd Edition (WRAML2): $500
Phonological Testing: Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing (CTOPP-2): $300
Visual Processing: Test of Visual Perceptual Skills- 3rd Edition (TVPS-III): $300
Auditory Processing: Test of Auditory Processing Disorders for Children (SCAN-3): $300
Supplementary testing: Additional tests of attention, memory or intellect: $80 brief subtest, $120 long subtest
ASSESSMENT FEEDBACK & REPORT
Verbal Feedback (1hr): Description of all results, finding and diagnosis. Development of an individualised treatment plan: Dependant upon the clinician (see below)
Comprehensive Report: $400
Brief ADHD Report: $200
AUTISM SPECTRUM ASSESSMENT
ABAS-III Functional Screening: $50

BRAIN MAPPING
Full qEEG: 19 point recording (full cap): $600 (includes brief brain-maps report)
NEUROFEEDBACK THERAPY
$160 per session
Discounted between the hours of 10 am to 2 pm weekdays: $130
COGNITIVE SKILL TRAINING
Provisional Psychologist: $140 per session (No Medicare rebates)
Registered Psychologist: $250 per session
OTHER ALLIED HEALTH THERAPY

REBATES:
Medicare rebates available for psychological therapy sessions($86.20) if referred under a mental health treatment plan.
Please enquire from your private health insurance about rebates for psychological consultation as they will vary according to your personal coverage.

During the initial consultation the clinician will determine with you the extent of testing needed. The prices below represent some samples of assessment batteries, however prices can vary if a more personalised assessment battery is needed. Prices for more specific types of processing tests are listed at the bottom.
IQ Assessment & Report: $1150
Includes a Wechsler assessment as appropriate for age (WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV)
ADHD Assessment & Report (Child): $1850
Includes an IQ test, attention battery & executive battery
ADHD Assessment & Report (Adult): $1650
Includes an IQ test, attention battery & executive battery
Academic Assessment (including IQ test) & Report: Up to $1650
Includes an IQ test (as above) and academic battery (may be cheaper if only 1-2 academic skills need testing)
